This sale is for a single Triad A-67J line to line transformer. It is usable with 150 ohm or 600 ohm input and outputs. These transformers were removed from working equipment that was being dis-assembled.

This is a historic transformer: it was used in Spectra Sonics mixing consoles, and by other manufacturers. In the Spectra Sonics equipment, it was used as a microphone input transformer. They delivered consoles with less that 0.01% total harmonic distortion, and response within plus or minus 1 dB from 20 to 20,000 ... thru these transformers.

Triad just recently announced that they are going back into production with this transformer ... and that it has a nickel core. I don't remember seeing that back in the day ... but it certainly explains the fine performance of these units.

They are basically microphone input transformers, but are usable up to levels of +10 ... which makes they a good choice in rock and roll applications where levels are all over the map.

We have six of these available, and are selling them at a reasonable price ... fine as they are, $200 is a bit much for this transformer. We have them priced at $75 each.  If you buy all six, we'll pick up the US Priority Mail Shipping charges.

Note:  we also have another sale up now for four of these units mounted on a PC card.... same price.
