This sale is for a four Triad A-67J line to line transformers. They is usable with 150 ohm or 600 ohm input and outputs. They are presently mounted on a PC card, which greatly facilitates installation, and they are currently strapped for 600 to 600 operation. These transformers were removed from working equipment that was being dis-assembled.

These are historic transformers: They were used in Spectra Sonics mixing consoles, and by other manufacturers. In the Spectra Sonics equipment, where they were used as a microphone input transformers. They delivered consoles with less that 0.01% total harmonic distortion, and response within plus or minus 1 dB from 20 to 20,000 ... thru these transformers.

Triad just recently announced that they are going back into production with this transformer ... and that it has a nickel core. I don't remember seeing that back in the day ... but it certainly explains the fine performance of these units.

They are basically microphone input transformers, but are usable up to levels of +10 ... which makes they a good choice in rock and roll applications where levels are all over the map.

There is one of these PC cards with 4 trannys available, and we are selling them at a reasonable price. We have them priced at $300 (or $75 each).

We have another sale up for six addition units, unmounted, sold individually.
