I believe this is a souvenir mug from the Hotel Ezra Cornell 44th Annual Banquet for Hotel Administration - a student run business conference for hospitality industry leaders and members of the Cornell community from across the globe.  It has blue graphics depicting a globe, ship, hat, and life preserver.
