Incorporated Under the Laws of the State of Colorado - LEADVILLE, COLORADO. Lake County. Very scarce certificate issued for 300 shares. I have only seen one other example. Vignette shows a Native American warrior on a hilltop. Unique corporate seal has a bug (some type of beetle) stamped in the center. Signed by Eugene F. Yahr as secretary and Julius Rocher, company president.
