This is a Leonardo genuine porcelain doll with stand called The Piper in a green tartan outfit. I have had him for approximately 20 years following a visit to Scotland where he was purchased. Please study photos for measurements and condition. As I will package this well, I have stated the postage costs based on a medium sized parcel.
