For sale as it has been stored
at a friend’s house for more than a year since I moved away and they would like
it moved! I have nowhere else to store it. Owned since 2021, I believe the
previous owner had it for over 10 years. From a smoke and pet free household.
It comes with all of the main accessories needed to get away on holiday
including :-
Leisure Battery that holds a
good charge
2 butane gas bottles with some gas
in each (approx. 1/3 to ½ full from memory)
Spare wheel

***PLEASE NOTE*** You will need
to buy a new mattress for the fixed bed. They are very easy to buy online and
cost from around £200. I have set a very reasonable reserve because of this and
to allow for a check over/service as noted below. I replaced the original one as
it was well past it’s sell by date and used a normal single mattress because I
was just using it on my own. It also has a Truma Motor mover. I have never used
this or even tried to, so I can’t say if it is in working order or not.
In good clean condition as per
the pictures. It has a large front dining area with 2 long bench seats that can
make into a double bed or two smaller singles. At the front there is a chest of
drawers that has a sliding fold out table. There is also a larger dining table stored
between the kitchen & bedroom areas. There is a large skylight with a blind
& flyscreen. All of the windows also have blinds & flyscreens, as does the door, all in working order. At the rear the bedroom has a fixed double bed, dressing
area with washbasin and a separate toilet/shower room.
The kitchen has a good size oven, 4 burner hob
and grill. The fridge is 3-way, I’ve used it on 12v and 240v, I’ve never tried it
on gas. It also has an extractor fan. Plenty of cupboards for storage, wardrobe
for clothes.
Heating is by electric fire (when
hooked up) with blown hot air facility.

Comes with a large folder of
paperwork which includes an owner’s manual for the caravan and instruction
books for the heating system, motor mover, fridge and probably a load of other
stuff too!
I used the caravan a lot in 2022 but haven’t used it since early last year. When last used everything was working. As I now live over 150 miles away I haven’t been able to check everything since then as I would usually do before selling, so it will need a check over before using.
The battery has been regularly charged while stored and I did run sterilising fluid through all the water pipes, water carrier and disinfected the toilet cassette before storing it.

The kerbweight of the towing car needs to be at least 1529.41176471kgs to achive an 85% match, to achive a 95% match the tow car would need to be at least 1368.42105263 kgs. A tow car weighing less than 1300 kgs is very likely to be illegal and likely to result in a prosecution if you were stopped by the Police as well as invalidating any insurance for your car and caravan.

A deposit of £250 is required by Paypal or bank transfer within a day of the auction ending, the balance can be paid in cash or by bank transfer on collection.
Please arrange collection within 1 week. Delivery up to 125 miles may be possible by my friend who is kindly storing it for me, this will be at his normal commercial rates (he usually transports classic cars but has said he can do this if necessary). If you live further away than this DO NOT assume it can be delivered without checking with me first please!! Thank you.
