CMC Mercedes Benz 300 SL Carrera Panamericana 1952  1/18  - Limited Edition

 In 1952 a pair of 300 SL sports cars swept to a one-two finish in the legendary Carrera Panamericana road race having completed the 3100-kilometre route across Mexico from the Guatemalan border in the south to Ciudad Juárez on the country's northern border with the USA.

The CMC diecast model car I am selling is the second-placed No 3 car of Hermann Lang and Erwin Grupp which crossed the finish line 35 minutes after the lead car. Model number is M-058

This has been displayed and never played with. Has the superb detail CMC are famous for and is a Limited Edition model as you can see from the photos.
