Guitar, Butcher Block Style Body
It’s a bear of a guitar, weighing in at 9.25 lbs. You will get plenty
of resonance from this beautiful body and gorgeous neck. The neck is made of
Bolivian Rosewood, and it’s a fantastic example, with beautiful color swirls,
and a hint of purple. The neck has been finished to replicate a 1951 Fender
style neck, a flat “C”. It is comfortable, and gives you plenty of room to
play. The 1951 Fender Style Harness is unique to the period. In first position
it is set up for bass line styles, the middle position is a blend of both
pickups, and the 3rd (rear) position is bright.
The face of the body is BLACK WALNUT, MAPLE,
CHERRY, HICKORY AND JATOBA
The back of the body is AFRICAN MAHOGANY
The neck is BOLIVIAN ROSEWOOD with MAPLE Dots
