This is a rare signed copy as "Robert Galbraith", her pen name when writing the Cormoran Strike series, now a successful TV series. If you search on Google, you can find another signed copy of The Silkworm signed by Rowling sold for £780 at auction plus fees, so nab yourself a great deal!

While there are a number of fakes around, rest assured this is signed by Rowling herself: the book includes on the opposite page her personal hologram sticker that she affixes to everything she signs.
