The top of this Solid Walnut Victorian Fancy Pierced Carved Mirrored Marble Top Hall Tree is graced with a pierced, incised carved scalloped center crown that is accented with fluted rosette rolls on each shoulder. This scalloped center crown sits above a substantial pierced dimensionally carved floral and leaf motif panel. Many additional incised carvings are found on this lovely Hall Tree. Six turned wooden hook posts provide a haven for coats and hats and enhance the elegant soft cornered rectilinear mirror. A beautiful Burl panel is found beneath the mirror.
The entire body of this gorgeous Hall Tree is best described as aesthetic in genre with foliate pierced designs. Display opportunity is found on the grey marble top which is encased in elegant picture frame moulding and supported by a fancy base that features a fancy pierced dimensionally carved floral and leaf motif panel.
