A single folded sheet of medium weight card stock. Showing barely any signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. Very clean. No hand writing. No issues to note. Overall, in very good condition. Will display well in your collection. You will receive the exact program as seen in the photos. Closed, it measures approx. 3 1/2" x 11 1/4"

This will ship securely in a new poly bag, sandwiched with chipboard, inside a rigid mailer via USPS Ground Advantage service with a tracking number. The shipping cost for the first purchase is $4.00 and no extra cost for other additional items that can be shipped in the same package.
