Beautiful Vintage Silverplated Serving Tray with Feet 

Has been painted an antique / off-white and distressed to give it a cottage / shabby chic look
Beautiful ornate ribbons and flowers around the edges 
I believe this to be Chippendale by Wallace, but the maker's mark has been painted over and is barely visible
