These high flow weld in type catalytic converters feature a high flow core using a ceramic substrate. With recessed catalyst matting and smooth lap joins, these flow much higher than other brands using the same CPI rating.
A ribbed body that minimizes expansion and distortion when the converter heats up. The ribs form a channel that protects the cushioning mat from direct exposure to exhaust gasses, and they hold the ceramic catalyst in proper alignment.
A 1/2 in. lap joint where the necks meet the body. The neck does not extend into the converter body, where it could hamper exhaust flow.
A monolithic honeycomb catalyst. The ceramic is designed for maximum flow and surface area. The coating method is strictly controlled to maintain exact specifications. An improper coating could result in flow restrictions or an emissions test failure.
Seam-welded close to the converter body for a strong, tight bond. Welding along the edge could allow the converter to expand like the folds in an accordion, allowing the catalyst to move around.
Heavier-gauge stainless steel, tip-to-tip. Other manufacturers use mixed weights and materials.
An OEM-style ribbed heat shield that creates a rigid wall of protection against heat and adds to the structural stability of the converter.

Returns
We understand that sometimes you need to make a return or an exchange. All we ask is you send it back in the same condition it was received - new and un-used.
If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, please take photos of any visible part numbers of visual reference and contact us directly; photos must be CLEAR and have the part numbers VISIBLE. Logistical claims must be filed within 14 days of received the product; exchanges in these cases will be handled promptly and at no cost to the customer.
In order to process a return or exchange, please call us or send us a message through eBay and we will be happy to assist you immediately.
