THE BEXLEY HAS A COVERED AREA OF 3X3 METRES 'CANOPY EDGE TO CANOPY'. THE FRAMEWORK IS MADE USING CYLINDRICAL STEEL AND FINISHED IN A HIGH QUALITY GUNMETAL GREY POWDER COAT FOR DURABILITY. THE LEGS HAVE FIXING PLATES AT THE FOOT OF EACH LEG IN ORDER TO SECURE THE GAZEBO DOWN TO YOUR DECK OR PATIO.

THE ROOF STRUCTURE IS MADE UP OF 8 INDIVIDUAL RIBS IN ORDER TO ATTACH TO THE CANOPY. THE CANOPY FEATURES OUR PU COATING WHICH WILL MAKE THE FABRIC SUITABLE FOR LIGHT SHOWERS. THIS CANOPY IS NOT WATERPROOF, IT IS PU COATED MAKING THE FABRIC WATER RESISTANT. 

THE BEXLEY IS SUPPLIED WITH A FULL SET OF MATCHING PRIVACY CURTAINS. EACH CURTAIN HAS 3 SMALL TIES WHICH SECURE THE CURTAINS TO THE LEGS OF THE FRAME IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE WIND BLOWING THEM IN THE GAZEBO WHEN IN USE. THE ADDITIONAL LARGE TIE BACK IS TO HOLD THE CURTAINS IN PLACE WHEN NOT IN USE.

THE BEXLEY IS SUPPLIED IN 1 BOX AND VERY EASILY PUT TOGETHER. REQUIRES 2 PEOPLE AND TAKE AROUND 1 HOUR TO ASSEMBLE.

We cannot ship to PO BOXES, We use couriers and so would ask you to provide your phone number and an email if possible to ensure we can track your order and advise you as best we can your delivery time.

RETURNS: Please note that if you decide to return an item as a change of mind, the buyer will pay the return cost of the item. 

If you have received a faulty part, in the first instance please contact us and we will post replacements out to you. If we can replace the part.

Should the part be faulty and we cannot replace the part we will arrange the return. This return would be fulfilled by our courier. After you send back the item, our warehouse will inspect it and then we will transfer the refund to you. This is a standard procedure for any return and no exceptions will be made. 

CARE AND LIABILITY: Please note this product is classed primarily as a sunshade and not a shelter. We advise to secure the structure to the ground. The recommended method is to drill into slabs or concrete, then using expansion bolts firmly securing each leg to the ground. Alternatively, if you have decking, use screws and washers for a firm fit. Both instances will strengthen the framework whilst the fabrics are in place. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the canopy and curtains are removed during bad weather, and if need be disassemble the gazebo. Leaving the gazebo up during bad weather may cause damage to your gazebo or property. Any claims for such events will not be entertained. Any damage incurred during construction of the gazebo and installation of the canopy will not covered by any guarantee and replacements will have to be purchased.  Please note if the gazebo is going to be installed in a coastal area there may be an acceleration in the breakdown of the protective coating on the metal work which can result in small areas of rusting, the gazebos are powder coated to prevent rust but the high salt content in the air can accelerate this process. Please note all of our gazebos are not designed for commercial use. Under no circumstances shall the manufacture or authorised representative be liability for any personal loss, injury or direct damage results from the use of this product.

WARRANTY: The gazebo has a limited guarantee for 12 months, this includes the structural integrity of the frame, as long as it is used inline with the care instructions of the product. The gazebo fabrics: We expect the canopy, curtains and/or flynets to arrive in perfect condition and allow 30 days warranty for claims against manufacturing defects i.e. bad stitching or workmanship. You are not covered for any damage resulting from installation, natural causes i.e. weather including wind, rain, snow and lightning. Any such claims will not be entertained. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Whilst this gazebo is showerproof/waterproof (depending on model) the main function of the product is to be a sunshade this applies to both the canopy and curtains and is not intended for use as a substitute for a shed, summer house, furniture cover, car storage, work office, house extension.
