Personal Note:

I am a single father to an 8yo Severely Autistic child and a 6yo diva princess. I do not sell high volume and each sale is very important to our family.

This is our only source of income.

Please do not be dishonest about the return reason or send your dead part back.

Each return has to be assumed to be DOA and cannot be resold. We have a limited amount of items and need the money from every single sale.

Parts Condition:

I would never sell you bad parts intentionally.

1. All parts I sell were pulled from jobs that failed for other reasons than the part you are buying OR/

2. The parts came as part of a repair kit or online purchase for a repair and was never used or tested from original purchase but I assumed to be good.

*Even the big guys send DOA or malfunctioning parts out.

Shipping:

I will ship within 1(ONE) Business day of payment received (I often ship same day if able). I do not ship on holidays or weekends. I may ship on Saturday depending on ability.

All parts are shipped GROUND ADVANTAGE or UPS GROUND.

We will choose which one depending on cost to keep our cost low.

Returns:

Please message me for the return request before opening a return. If you open the return as Changed My Mind, we can refund appropriately.

I prefer you not try to return the part because your repair failed. I will have to dispose of the part not knowing your level of experience.

Damaged, Exchanged for broken item, Poorly Packed(when resulting in Damage), Damaged by buyer Items - Will be refunded with maximum deduction per eBay Policy.
