Marx PRE-WAR Commodore Vanderbilt Locomotive MECHANICAL CLOCKWORK WINDUP MOTOR w/ Black 551 UP Union Pacific 4 wheel Tinplate Tender.
Loco has the bell feature that rings as it runs. 
Note: Includes a Key, but key appears to be a reproduction key, but it works to wind the motor.
Motor tested and it winds, locks and RUNS and the bell inside rings.
