Antique, used condition, surface wear throughout, some paint loss.  Losses and rust to the inner basket, which is bent and needs replaced (there is some resistance pressing the machine down with the basket in it due to the basket due to it being bent, but all in good working order otherwise).  Some rust and flaking to inside bottom of cylinder.  Cleaning recommended prior to use.  See photos.
