This is a lovely quality classic pencil skirt from L K Bennett in a UK size 8, the outer is made from a floral lace fabric in a cotton blend with a black viscose lining and a grosgrain ribbon trim at the waist.  Measurements are - length 23 inches (59 cm) waist 27 inches (69 cm) , hips 35 - 36 inches (90 cm).  A lovely skirt suitable for evening wear or smart occasions.  Suits a slim figure and looks great with heels.
