The Air Ambulance Service operates the national Children’s Air Ambulance and the local air ambulance services for Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland.

We operate from 9am -5pm Monday – Friday and we will respond to your query within 24 hours between these operating times.
As a charity we have a duty to maximize the selling potential for all donations, as such we do not accept offers on live auctions. Should you see an auction that ends without
meeting its reserve price please feel free to contact us
Payment & Delivery
Please note as these items have been donated to us, all prices are 0% VAT
We ask that payment is made within 4 days of the auction ending via eBay.
Any Items that are not paid for within 7 days are subject to relisting
Where applicable we will dispatch items within 3 days of receiving payment
Collection items need to be collected within 10 days. After this time you may be subject to a refund and the items will be relisted.
Please contact us to advise when you will collect prior to arriving.
