In comparison, the Nectar’s Fuzz section was fine-tuned by Beetronics FX’s stompbox scientists to grant you a decidedly modern-sounding assault of grinding high-gain fuzz tones. A custom “Taste” control seals the deal, granting you the ability to twist and tweak the Nectar’s fine flavor to your preference. Two ways to sweeten up your sound

Never content to miss the opportunity for bee-based wordplay, Beetronics FX describes the Nectar as a “Tone Sweetener.” While there’s no denying the Nectar’s ability to sweeten any tone, a more concrete description would be that it’s a dual-purpose overdrive and fuzz box. The pedal’s two voices are accessed by a handy 2-position switch, with dedicated LEDs indicating which side is active.

Drive: The Nectar’s Drive side is highly reactive to where you set the “Honey” (gain) control, producing a raw, raspy, and tweed-inspired crunch on milder settings. However, cranking the Honey knob transforms the Nectar’s tone into a remarkably rich overdrive ideal for singing, saturated solos ripping rhythm work.
Fuzz: Flip over to the Nectar’s Fuzz side to be rewarded with a decidedly modern-sounding barrage of full-bodied fuzz tones.
