Vintage Citizen Electronic Cosmotron Special Kanji March 1975 7803
This is a 1975 Citizen Cosmotron with a white toned dial. The movement beats at 36000 times per hour. This is an electro-mechanical watch which means it has elements of a traditional manual wind/automatic watch, but uses a battery and transistors as well--It is a hybrid technology and should not be considered to function in the same way as does an automatic. The date and day can be set using the crown (When the watch is held upright, date correction becomes possible, while held upside down day correction is possible using push in crown quickset). 36.5 mm case. The pusher at the 8 marker resets the second hand to the 12 marker.
A VIDEO OF THE WATCH IN OPERATION CAN BE MADE AVAILABLE TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS (USUALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS)
