Nice clean wheel with no damage or cracks.   Some minor nicks and scratches but 

very clean wheel.

This is a One year only steering wheel.   Original part number is visible but i cant read it. ( see pic )

The center cap has a part number of 3982319 

The mounting base looks out of round but isn't noticeable when installed

All the horn contacts are in place and in good condition.  This wheel is complete and ready to install.

Great for correct restoration.
