This TV is as clean as you will find .Has box and all paperwork  including battery pack  which i am sure needs new batterie's  The problem with the TV is no sound but it does have a external speaker jack so I am including a speaker . I would just find a old computer speaker to use and you are set  This does not include the digital converter i am using to bring in TV stations
