Fender Japan JB-45 CAR

Description

This model was sold as a model with excellent cost performance at the time.
The body is basswood, the neck is satin-finished maple, the fingerboard is rosewood, and the pickups are two original JB-SINGLE mounts.
The body and neck have dents, scratches, and peeling paint consistent with its age. There are some dents the size of sesame seeds on the contour of the top of the body, and the same can be seen below the control panel. There are two noticeable areas of paint peeling off in the center of the back. There are also many peeling paint marks and dents on the body side from the back contour area to the bottom. There are some scratches and dents the size of rice grains on the back of the neck, but this does not affect performance. Although it originally had a satin finish, it has become semi-gloss due to playing. As for the parts, the plated parts may become cloudy or damaged due to age.
The neck is in good condition and the truss rod is functioning properly. There are some dents on the frets, but there is enough height left.
The slender grip unique to jazz bass allows for smooth play, making it a very playable instrument. The sound is also attractive with a strong mid-low range tone!
It has not been seen on the market in recent years. If you are looking for one, please consider this opportunity.
