The Hi-Lo Fishing Rig/Leader by Fish N Rigs is a pack of 10 rigs made with 1 loop and no hardware. It is suitable for both saltwater and freshwater fishing, and can be used to catch a variety of fish species such as Steelhead, Bluefish, Shark, Tarpon, Trout, and more. The rig is available in 24" or 36" lengths and is designed for surf fishing. It is a Dropper Loop rig that can be used to catch Blackfish, Sea Bass, Fluke, Porgies and other species off the beach, surf, pier, boat... 

Clip a weight on the bottom of the rig, add the hook/hardware you prefer, tie the top swivel to your line; 

tip with a crab, sand fleas, squid, clam, mullet, cut fish, shrimp 

or anything fish may be feeding on at your location and start fishing.
