Picture embossed outer cardboard sleeve is in very good to very good plus condition.  Slight corner rubbing but nothing too major.  A bit of light discoloration here and there. Conservative grading.

Inner sleeve is in very good plus condition.

Record has been test played and has been found to be in excellent plus condition.  Outstanding condition record.
