I've been building and working with computers since 2000. I came across these components and refurbished them to create a clean system. I tested the board, components, etc, and put them into a brand new case.

For example, I removed the video card heatsink, cleaned it, cleaned the old thermal paste, and applied fresh thermal paste. I cleaned out as much dust as I could from all components.
