Mr. Groody was very aware of the burgeoning Social Awareness and Activist movements of the early 1970s, which is deliberately represented in this piece:  the wording on the newsprint is carefully designed to reflect this- if you look carefully, you will see the words "Riots- Knocked- Feudal Barons- Waiters- Whistle- Hospital- Aghast- Dense trees- Pulled- Forced To Lie- VC [Viet Cong] - Che Guevara- Older Generation- Richer- PhD Candidate- Philosophy- Bad Moon- None of Us Could Eat- Black- White- Blindfold- and Upset", to name a few- there is a fascinating treasure trove of progressive activist ideas in this piece of Art

Mr. Groody’s works continue to appreciate in value and collectability. Sorry to disappoint, but please do not email an offer- serious bidders only and this piece is priced WELL BELOW value.

I represent my items as accurately and clearly as I can, and believe it is always better for you to have too much information than not enough! Please ask any questions before bidding, I will happily respond.

Remember, these are vintage items and will have reasonable signs of age and wear which only adds to their personality, appeal and "funky vintage-ness". They are not in their original boxes unless noted. I do not excessively clean items or remove age patina, as I want to leave that option for the buyer.

I will promptly ship your item within 1 business day and post great positive feedback for you once payment is received.
