Following the official closure announcement of 2G networks in Australia, Singapore and Switzerland, worldwide cellular mobile network providers are considering ceasing 2G service with in-progress plans in coming years. Without 2G networks, 2G/GSM ONLY alarm systems will fail to achieve its major function, remote control through calls and SMS. To provide customers with longer alarm system lifespan, HOMSECUR is launching a series of its 3-Generation Alarm Systems which are both 2G&3G Network Compatible.
This listed alarm system offers 3 versions of WCDMA-3G SIM card module for worldwide usage.
  1. Alarm system with the most suitable module (1 out of 3) will be shipped based on shipping address unless otherwise requested.
  2. For cost saving purpose, you may need 3G SIM card which only comes with Voice & SMS plan (data subscription not required).
  3. SIM card module in each version supports two frequencies and ONLY requires your 3G network to work on either frequency.
