As you can see from the pictures the condition of the audio book.  I will go into more details on the condition.

The clear plastic sheet has some surface wear and scratches and the paper cover sheet is showing indentations from the case on the back.  It is still closing nice and tight.

The disc holder is in very good condition and holding the CD nice and tight.

As far as I know there is no issues with the CD playing.  The CD is in good condition with some wear from handling and playing.
