SHIPPING - We offer fast free shipping to all mainland address including England,wales, for addresses further away please see postage policy or call us we will be happy to quote you a price, We cannot combine shipping and there is no local pickup available. We cannot ship to PO BOXES, We use couriers and so would ask you to provide your phone number and an email if possible to ensure we can track your order and advise you as best we can your delivery time.
RETURNS: Please note that if you decide to return an item as a change of mind, the buyer will pay the return cost of the item. In addition you will incur a £50.00 re stocking and admin fee.
If you have received a faulty part, in the first instance please contact us and we will post replacements out to you. If we can replace the part but you would like to return the item, this will be classed as a change of mind and incur the £50.00 re stocking fee.
Should the part be faulty and we cannot replace the part we will arrange the return. This return would be fulfilled by our courier. After you send back the item, our warehouse will inspect it and then we will transfer the refund to you. This is a standard procedure for any return and no exceptions will be made.
WARRANTY: The Chimenea has a limited guarantee for 12 months, this includes the structural integrity only of the unit, as long as it is used inline with the care instructions of the product.
