These items are brand new, individually boxed and being sold as a set of slight seconds as each has either paint issues, chips or small marks which occurred during manufacturing.  The damages which can be seen in the photos do not detract from the overall look and use of these pieces which are being sold at half of their original price to reflect the minor imperfections.

Each  tea light holder is individually boxed and has an opening at the back to place tea lights or battery operated fairy lights.

Crafted and hand finished by artisans for a truly unique gift and would look equally at home on a window sill, fireplace or bookshelf.

Supplied in a box so is easy to wrap and give as a present.

Payment

We accept PayPal as the means of payment. Orders will include an invoice – if you would prefer us to remove the invoice just email us or pop a message onto your order and we will be more than happy to remove it. 

Shipping

We despatch all orders as soon as humanly possible – usually on the same working day and certainly within one working day of your payment being authorised.  Smaller items are sent via the Royal Mail and larger bulkier items will be sent with a courier usually FedEx.  Most of our stock is available for worldwide purchase through the eBay Global Shipping Programme where orders are shipped by us to an eBay shipping centre in the UK, for onward despatch, by them to customers.

You can track your order by clicking the "View order details" link on the product that you're receiving. If you have a problem tracking your order or have not received your item, please contact us and we will reply to your query as soon as we can.

Refunds and Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your order but we understand that there are occasions that you may want to return items - simply contact us if you have changed your mind and we will explore the best way of returning the item(s) to us.  In the rare event that a parcel arrives and is damaged or faulty you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
