Regretfully I am once again listing my beloved 1985 Yamaha TT600 , this time I'm hoping it goes to a good home, the last listing was to say the least ,disappointing .It did not end the way I anticipated ,it would. So to start off I'll get that part of the listing out the way.....don't bother asking about matching numbers, it's 39 years.
It is being sold "as is"...... It has since I've had it been covered and garaged and until approximately 18 months ago started and ridden regularly....So it will require a little coaxing to start....its a TT.....If you know these bikes you will know what I mean!!!!!!!! Just so you know it has been in my care for the last 8 years....it has age related wear and tear and is by no means pristine ….if I said "good nick "….that would be fair. I have had the carbs ultrasonically cleaned and a new needle and seat , new jets fitted when it was done, it has a proper bash plate fitted which came with the bike when I got it.....has an original exhaust on it which is normally not the case and sounds sweet when its running
To sum up what I'm adding to the deal with the bike there is an addition box!!!!!!!!!!!??????? with a few getting more hard to come by spare parts:-
1. 1 x new set of front shock gattors (red in colour)
2. 2 x tailpiece's (Rear Fender)
3. 1 x taillight lens
4. 1 x set of new intake manifold rubbers
5. 1 x set of new decals (need to check again what's all there??????)
6. 1 x set of used hand guards with aluminium hand protector bars will check what brand???
7. 1 x oem trip counter and mounting bracket.
oh and last but not least a clymer xt/tt user -service manual
I'm not in any rush to part with this bike ,and know how increasing hard good condition ones ,are to find.
