You are purchasing a vintage (circa early 2000s) projection analog "Shadow Clock."  It projects a shadow of an analog clock on the wall.  It is new in the box, see all photos.  Please note that the adhesive on one of the box's seams has come undone, see last photos.  The clock measures approximately 15" tall x 5.5" diameter base.   

This would be a very cool display piece that would be a focal point to your room or an unusual clock to add to your clock collection.  I cannot find another like it online.
