Unit was disassembled and the disc mechanism was removed, cleaned, and completely relubricated before listing for sale. The MD4 is notorious for having disc mechanisms go bad from old lubricants hardening and gumming up the electro-mechanical disk ejection system. This problem has been eliminated with this unit.

Unit works well. Shows some signs of normal use and wear, overall very well looked after.

Comes with power cable and original owners manual.

Rare to find working examples outside of Japan, where minidisc culture is having a major resurgence.
