We've been selling the Retevis and TYT Low band mobiles for a few years now, and these have been discontinued. Luckily the Anytone AT-779 is still available and does a great job.
The daft thing is that the size is simply tiny - you could hide it almost anywhere - but it still has 15W of RF on full power - ample for low band.
We've programmed in all the ham channels - but it's equally happy on the rally channels and OFCOM Business Simple channels. It comes with a programming cable and Anytone's web site have the software available free of charge.
Operation wise - you have VFO mode and memory mode, switched from the front panel, and the mic has up/down keys. Really simple!
The price includes delivery - so if you fancy a go at lowband, this is a great radio.
