Two very charming sketches from Rome, Italy 1900. Washing women with a basket, and children by a fountaine.
Cilius Andersen was educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts 1884-89. During this period he also made studies under Kristian Zahrtmann. From 1885 he made several travles to Italy.
