I live in a smoke-free and cat free home. I personally inspect all items for any damage, stains, wear, and tear from usage. All items are photographed in high definition, then retaken prior to packing, and once again when the item is packed for quality assurance. This gives you, the customer, the peace of mind that what you are buying is exactly what you are getting.  Actual colors may vary. The colors will appear different in various lighting conditions (e.g., sunlight vs. fluorescent light). Your individual monitor settings and screen brightness can cause the appearance of the color on the screen to differ from our actual photograph. Everyone sees colors differently, so even person to person colors may look different.

Shipping

-Standard Shipping times will always vary depending on who I am using. I always try to get the best rates and shipping speeds for my customers, and sometimes, I will ship from Fedex or UPS instead of USPS if they offer a better advantage for a particular listing.  I can get a price estimate on additional shipping services you may need prior to purchasing. Simply message me if you need a signature, insurance, or tracking (if not provided). 

-USPS Flat Rate Priority Shipping or Standard Priority Shipping has an estimated arrival time of 2-5 days. Shipping includes tracking and insurance for up to $50 (fifty dollars). If you wish to add additional insurance, email me prior to purchase; an additional fee will be incurred depending on the amount. Any damages to your package or item from shipping are to be reported to USPS, and insurance reimbursement is at their discretion. 

*International Shipping: Will be shipping what is offered, but depending on the country, the arrival times may vary. I am not responsible for any country tariffs, taxes, or any other additional fees. I am not responsible for any damages for international inspections done by either country for border control. 

Return Policy

All sales are final. As stated above, shipping reimbursement is up to USPS or the shipping provider who was used.
