Items in the box are new but it's been opened There may be an old ring or two missing. I used to own an auto body and mechanical shop and I'm now 70 years old retired and selling all tools and inventory. I have this kit along with others that I'll be putting on ebay for sale please see pictures. Please know what you're buying because I absolutely do not accept returns in any way shape or manner regardless of description or whatever other discrepancies you may try to use to return it. If you like to return items dont buy it.
