Printed on white-ish edible icing sheets which need to be cut out and applied to cake with a small amount of water (for iced cakes, can also be applied to other cake coverings)
All toppers are printed on top quality icing sheets which offer more vivid and professional finish over rice/wafer paper using EU approved ingredients (list available upon request)
Use and storage instructions are provided with all orders
All toppers will last minimum 3 months if stored in the airtight bag provided

There are two ways in which you can send personalisation details:
1. When you add your items to your basket, click on ‘proceed to checkout.’ Before you pay, there is an ‘Add message’ button next to our eBay shop name. Click on this and add your personalisation details.
2. Checkout and pay for all of your items then email me through the eBay messaging system straight after you order.
Please ensure all spelling and dates are correct as they will be copied and pasted exactly as received. Personalised items cannot be returned unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty.

All orders are shipped in a hardback 'Do Not Bend' envelope.
If you choose the free postage option, your order will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class which usually takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive.
Royal Mail 1st Class (usually taking 1 to 2 working days to arrive) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (usually arriving the next working day excluding weekends) postage options can be selected during checkout.
Dispatch time is typically same/next working day, however this may change during holidays - always check the expected delivery date prior to purchase.

As this is a food / made to order item, it cannot be returned unless a mistake is made on our part.
If we make a mistake/item arrives damaged then the item must be returned before refund is issued.
Delivery dates provided in this listing are estimates only. We do not accept any responsibility for items arriving later than expected as this is out of our hands. Therefore, we advise to order well in advance of item required.
Only Special Delivery items are trackable and as such we are not able to tell you where your item is if your item is sent 1st or 2nd class.
International orders: these are posted via Royal Mail Airmail (non-trackable service). Please note that occasionally items might be delayed by customs which is out of our control. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges.
