Powerful sound from a 17-inch maple jumbo body! It has a presence with flashy decoration.
The model that arrived this time is the same SJ-200, but the decoration has been made more modest, and the material of the side and back has been changed from maple to rosewood. The previous Studio series had a thinner body, but now it has the same thickness as the original. The finish has been changed from gloss to satin finish, and the Studio series is set at a more affordable price than the Maple SJ-200.
Although it's made of rosewood, it doesn't have any glare, and I think it's a very easy-to-use model with a powerful, well-balanced, and rich sound.
Equipped with an L.R.Baggs ElementBronze piezo pickup as standard, it can be used immediately for recording and live performances.
