In great condition, signed by an individual that I can not decipher. I've never really felt a hat like this, the compressed straw feels and sounds almost like plastic. Some yellowing of the glue below the hat-band can be seen (photos 17-19), along with an area in the back of the hat where a sticker may have been (photo 20) and the end of the hat-band is frayed bit (photo 21).
