A tight firm book in lightly worn Good condition in deep green/gilt-lettered and decorated, embossed hard boards, 9" x 6" x 560 thick, supple pages of splendid Christian teaching, with 12 splendid engravings by artists of the day.  

Moderate wear, no whitening, published without a dust jacket.  The paper is bright white.  No looseness, No mustiness, No smoke smell.  We do try to describe them correctly - We want you back as a customer - hundreds of repeat customers.   Splendid for the Christian history and Americana reader, collector, author. A marvelous addition to the library of the specialist.  

Found in the 200-year library of a northern Ohio farm family library - they loved their books.  We brought eight pickup truckloads of books and other paper - all of it being listed on eBay now for you.  Still bringing more items out from that library now.
