We do not remove items from the rooms prior to auction, other than personal items. If any personal effects with names on do appear then please hand them into the store staff. On occasions the original owner may have had more than one room and we cannot guarantee that this will be clear on any listing that we make.

Items must be collected within 7 days of the winning bid. You will also need to pay an additional £100 deposit on arrival. This will be refunded once the store team has checked the room to confirm that it is clear and that nothing has been left elsewhere.

Full clearance must be within 48 hours of the initial visit. The deposit will be withheld if the room is not cleared within this timescale.

Collection is available 7 days a week 10am to 4pm.
