Millet is a French ski brand.  They make the best ski gear, bar none.  This might be the best softshell jacket out there for a few reasons.  It's made with Windstopper fabric, which is totally wind proof and partially water proof, it has huge pit zips and accessible from A style pockets, a quick access pocket on the sleeve for a gel or power bar, and the neck has a synch in the back so you can tighten it up completely and not let any cold air get in.  It doesn't have a hood because that's the point of the jacket, it's made for active outdoor activities.  It's a U.S. XL and has a 45 inch chest so it has room for an insulated jacket underneath.  This jacket is brand new but has a ink stain on the back of the left arm (pictured), which is why it wasn't sold in the store.  Awesome value for a $300 jacket.
