Audiolab 6000N Play silver stereo hi-fi wi-fi or wired ethernet Play-Fi streaming network player.

HiFi-Madness are selling these, new, for £448 and Peter Tyson for £399. Richer Sounds also sell them for £399 so let's say that is the current retail price. A black one sold second-hand on 2 May for £285. Therefore, I think £199 is a fair starting price for this auction. I invite Best Offers in case anyone would like to end the auction early by offering more than £199.

I bought this off eBay as a traded-in item from Peter Tyson. It came with a colour-printed and stapled copy of the user manual rather than the original manual and a slight scratch on the top in the front, right-hand corner. Apart from that, it looks almost pristine.

Then I bought a faulty, brand new Audiolab 7000CDT transport from HiFi-Madness to go with the 6000N Play, and the CDT caused me months of hassle with Audiolab and HiFi-Madness, ending when HiFi-Madness gave me a refund. You can read more about the fault if you search avforums for 7000CDT quirk. I regret leaving HiFi-Madness positive feedback, which I can't remove now. As my sister said, "You should've gone to Richer Sounds".

I am selling the 6000N Play because I have rearranged my furniture and replaced it with a Cambridge Audio MXN10, which needs less space. I am selling it to support children from Ukraine and nearby countries so I would encourage generous offers and bids.

I have kept it in my smoke-free, child-free, pet-free home. If you choose to collect it in person I shall need some proof, possibly including a signed receipt and a photo of you holding it.
