A stunning brooch with Persian origins and inspirational.

A collection of rural scenes are painted onto mother of pearl, including a group of people observing a traditional dancer, farming with a pair of oxen and two horse riders galloping by the river.

Appears to be mounted on brass plated copper with an old pin across the centre.

40mm long x 33mm wide

Good condition with some light surface wear as expected with age. Some wear to the metal throughout.
