This 1957 Decca DP910 45 record player with a single tube (25L6GT) amplifier, has been completely disassembled and cleaned to remove old dirt and grease from the changers mechanical components. The motor deck has been repainted in satin nickle, the platter/spindle and tonearm have been polished.

The unit plays very well, cycles very clean through a 12 record stack with good sound from the original speaker.

Once the RP190 changer had been completely cleaned to remove old dirt and grease, it was reassembled, lubricated and adjusted.

The record player's 2 tone green case vinyl case is in fair condition, it has been touched up with matching paint and it is not pristine nor mint, has multiple scratches and scuffing, and has been well used, typical for a unit that is 67 years old (see photos).

The tone arm, spindle/platter and motor deck are all in very good condition as well as the 2 green original knobs. (Please look over the photos and let me know if you have any questions or would like additional photos.)

Please note, this is not a high end phonograph and should be enjoyed for what it is, an early 45 record player from the past that was marketed to the teenagers of the 1950's!

All of the wax paper capacitors have been replaced along with the filter capacitors. Resistors that were out of spec have been replaced. The selenium rectifier has been replaced with a modern silicon rectifier. The 25L6 tube was tested, found to be weak, and replaced with an in spec tube.
