Just like the title says.  I'm not gonna say too much as pics show for themselves.  Bought club new about 5 years ago then had a couple kids.  Not gonna find ANY in this shape and i'm willing to just keep if price is not met.  No head only offers as i want to sell the whole club--its boxed ready to go.  Shaft is the Ping distanza shaft cut to 44.5 in gripped with JMX ultralite Med.  Ping wrench also included along with original headcover.
