This is a small Fesco 8908 laundry hamper with an attached flip lid. It is made of hard plastic and is colored green with daisies on the lid and front.  Back is vented. 

Structural condition is great, no cracks.  Cosmetic condition is fair, there are faded/discolored areas, scratches.
